The Team
With an impressive 27 years of experience as a CPA, Colleen stands as a seasoned and dedicated Certifiied Public Accountant. Her journey in the field began at a reputable CPA firm where she spent a commendable 7 years honing her skills and gaining a wealth of knowledge.

From the onset, Colleen harbored the ambition of establishing her own practice. Upon parting ways with the CPA firm, she built a client base from scratch, and embraced the journey with determination and hard work.
Today, her practice boasts an impressive portfolio of over 800 clients, a testament to her unwavering commitment and expertise.

In acknowledging her achievements, Colleen attributes her success to the grace of God. Her faith has been a guiding force throughout her professional journey, reinforcing her commitment to ethical and principled business practices.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Colleen is an avid enthusiast of the arts, with a love for symphony orchestra performances and plays. Widely known in her family as a "top chef", she also has a special love for cooking as she believes it brings together the family.
Richard is hailed as our teams "MacGyver", an invaluable member of our firm and go-to person for troubleshooting and problem solving. He takes great pleasure in piecing together financial elements and derives satisfaction from resolving clients' tax problems.
After completing a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts of Sciences at the University of Illinois, with a major in Biology, Richard discovered his true passion in accounting, equating his work to solving a puzzle—a task he finds both challenging and immensely satisfying.
Clients turn to Richard for managing QuickBooks, processing payroll, and expertly preparing tax returns. He serves as the primary contact for day-to-day operational questions, catering to a diverse range of clients, from individuals to business owners.
Outside of his professional life, Richard enjoys cooking and watching sports.

As a seasoned Senior Accountant with a flair for cultivating genuine client relationships, Johnny brings a unique blend of expertise and interpersonal skills to the firm. With a focus on patience as his quality, Johnny prides himself on making clients feel at ease, supported and truly heard.
Johnny understands the importance of personalized service in the financial realm. This commitment to understanding each client's unique situation ensures that his recommendations are not only professional but also tailored to the individual client's circumstances. He strives to leave clients with a personal touch, ensuring they feel understood and valued, creating a lasting connection built on trust and understanding.

Beyond the office, Johnny finds relaxation and enjoyment playing golf with his friends. He is an avid premier soccer fan, who also boasts a green thumb, growing over 30 plants at home and seasonal harvests of all kinds of vegetables in his backyard.

With a wealth of entrepreneurial experience under his belt, Mitch seamlessly transitioned into the heart of our business, bringing with him a robust skill set honed from owning small ventures.
For the past 14 years, he has been an indispensable asset, his knack for understanding the intricacies of financial matters has made him the cornerstone of our operations. Mitch's expertise includes skillfully deciphering clients' books, payroll filings, and managing all government correspondence.
